The easiest way to find specific text is to type Ctrl-F.  The find box will pop up.

Type the text you want to find.  Click Find Next.

Excel will go to the first occurrence of the text.

Click ‘Find Next’ to select the second occurrence. You can do this several times to look at all the occurrences of your text.

If you want to see a list of all the occurrences, click ‘Find All’.  You can click on the headings to sort the list by cell, value etc. and you can click on specific occurrences.
